At All Smiles, we want to make sure we get to know our patients before we start treatment on them. It is especially important to us that we do everything we can to make the dental office a cozy atmosphere for our pediatric patients! Please take a few minutes to fill out some information about your child to help us connect with them and make every dental experience a pleasant one. Thank you!

Thank you for choosing us to journey beyond your smile; literally and figuratively!

Thank you for choosing us to journey beyond your smile; literally and figuratively!  Our mission is to promote health, prevent disease and provide compassionate care.  While our passion is dentistry, it is the relationship we form with you that gets us excited to come to work everyday.

We would love to be your dental family and make this your dental home for many years to come.  Very few people come to the dental office excited to see us.  Big surprise, right?  Well, our whole practice philosophy is designed around changing this.  Yes, we are realistic and know that it takes time, but we are also optimistic and willing to try!  We envision a practice where we educate our patients on how to get healthy and more importantly how to stay healthy.  We would like to do the least amount of dentistry possible for you, in order to get you to optimum health.  When this is accomplished, pain, costs and long term oral health concerns can be reduced.

Through advanced technology, superior materials and meticulous attention to detail; our practice offers high quality comprehensive dental care.  Our goal is to work together with you through the flow of evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, maintenance, and prevention.  Our specialty is dental care but our overall goal is for our patients to be healthier and happier in all that they do.

We care about being energetic and positive because we understand coming to the dentist can be stressful, unwanted or even just another thing on your “to do” list.  We would like you to know that we are here to help make it as comfortable and pleasant as possible.  Please be vocal about how we can make your dental visits more enjoyable.  You are welcome and even encouraged to talk to any team member about anything so we can better serve you!

The All Smiles team currently consists of eleven individuals. Kaely is our practice coordinator who handles billing and financials, Janice is our administrators whom tackle all scheduling, financial and insurance questions that you may have.  Dr. Ashley Swisher are assisted by three superstar clinical assistants, Shari, Michelle and Carrie that keep things running smoothly.  We have three registered rockstar hygienists, Lorelle, Jill and Carrie.  They can teach you as much about active and preventative therapies to help you achieve and maintain your oral health as desired.  Our purpose is to have informed and educated patients, but in no way should that scare or bore you.  Our team believes in doing what they love and loving what they do, so they work together to accomplish all things possible!

We strive to create an ‘at ease’, yet professional atmosphere that allows dentistry to be rewarding for both patients and ourselves.  It is our plan to accommodate you in your dental patient experience in any way that we can.  Not just once, but any and every time you visit us.  We look forward to meeting you!  In addition, we are grateful and energized that you chose us and look forward to our All Smiles journey ahead.

All Smiles,

Ashley D. Swisher, D.D.S

How to make your journey a little more predictable...

  1. Initial Visit- We already walked you through it above, but, let’s clarify the details. We have reserved an hour and forty minutes for you to spend with our experts. Radiographs, oral examination, cancer screening and in most cases, an oral prophylaxis (cleaning) will be performed this day. These services will allow us to make an accurate analysis of your dental needs. The estimate for these services is about $300, payable at the time of service.

  2. Treatment- We believe dental disease is nearly 100% preventable. Therefore, all treatment begun should be completed. Incomplete dentistry leads to unnecessary complications such as tooth loss and more advanced disease which unnecessarily adds to cost of treatment. We will deliver the best care possible to you, and we ask in return that you care for your dental health to the best of your ability. It’s likely that you would want as little dentistry done in your lifetime as possible; we can help achieve that if you follow through with your dental plan. This may include diet limitations, tobacco limitations, and following through with post operative instructions. At the conclusion of your treatment, you will be placed in our preventative care program. This requests that you return for re-examination and maintenance of your oral health. This will minimize your chance for extensive dental treatment in the future.

  3. Reserved Time- We will reserve time especially for you with one of our skilled professionals. We will give you our utmost attention, and rarely keep you waiting. Please be on time, if you are late you may be rescheduled or have to wait until there is a new time available. If you are unable to make it on the day you reserved time, we expect at least a 48 hour notice. This allows us to move another patient into your place. We ask that you kindly call during our office hours and speak with a team member about moving your treatment date.

  4. Youngsters- All Smiles caters to children of all ages. If you have children and did not receive a Parent Guide for how we do dental treatment on children, please let us know. We like to use our own terminology that is less frightening than everyday dental terms. We ask that you let us bring your child back without you for the beginning of the treatment. Children seem to be more receptive to dental work without a parent present. We will invite you back when we are ready to discuss treatment. We have also learned children are more open to treatment first thing in the morning, and we may request that your child be excused from school when reserving time for dental care.

  5. Financials- Yes! We will file your insurance claim for you! It is however, your obligation to pay what your insurance will not cover on the day of service. If you are not able to pay your portion of the treatment in full on the day of service, it is your responsibility to make financial arrangements with our administrative team members before your treatment date. If the balance on your account is 60 days past due, and you have not contacted us or responded to our phone calls or letters, we will seek legal action for payment. Our services and products have costs, so we need your compliance too. We offer financial options, just ask about them!

  6. Give us Feedback- If you are unhappy or better yet, if you are over satisfied with us, tell us! We want to know how we are doing. How you feel, felt or what you are expecting is so important to us. Miscommunications happen, and we want the opportunity to make it right. Suggestions from patients are welcomed and wanted! As are referrals, which are the best compliment you can give us!

If you have any questions about our policies, please let us know! Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Occasionally, if we are out of the office for continuing education or holiday we open on Wednesdays. Through voicemail and social media, we try to make it known when we have a change in our hours.
