Helping Make Your Dental Care Experience More Predictable

At All Smiles, our goal is to provide exceptional care in a comfortable, respectful, and efficient environment. To help your visits run smoothly, we want to share a few important office policies and expectations.

Continuing Care & Treatment

We believe the best dentistry is preventive dentistry. Our goal is to help you maintain a healthy smile for life while minimizing the need for extensive treatment whenever possible.

When treatment is recommended, completing care in a timely manner is important. Delaying or leaving treatment incomplete can lead to more advanced dental problems, additional discomfort, and increased costs over time.

Your personalized treatment plan may include recommendations related to home care, diet, tobacco use, and post-operative instructions. Following through with these recommendations helps us achieve the best long-term outcome for your oral health.

As part of our preventative care program, we also recommend regular hygiene visits and re-evaluations to help maintain your dental health and catch concerns early.

Reserved Appointment Time

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you with one of our skilled providers. We make every effort to stay on schedule and provide you with our full attention during your visit.

To help us serve all patients efficiently, we ask that you:

  • Arrive on time for your appointment

  • Provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule

  • Contact our office during business hours to make scheduling changes

Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled or accommodated at the next available opening. Advance notice also allows us the opportunity to offer reserved time to another patient in need of care.

Children’s Appointments

All Smiles welcomes patients of all ages. Our team works hard to create a positive and comfortable experience for children during dental visits.

To help children feel more confident and independent, we may ask parents to allow our team to bring children back independently at the beginning of treatment. We will always invite parents back when appropriate to discuss findings or recommendations.

We have found that younger patients often do best with morning appointments, and we may recommend scheduling treatment earlier in the day whenever possible.

If you would like additional information about how we approach children’s dental care, please let our team know.

Financial Information & Insurance

We are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf as a courtesy. However, estimated patient portions are due at the time services are provided.

If you anticipate needing financial arrangements, we ask that you speak with our administrative team prior to your appointment date. We are happy to discuss available financial options with you.

Accounts with unresolved balances and no communication may be subject to collections activity after 60 days past due.

Communication & Feedback

We truly value your feedback. If there is ever anything we can improve, or if you have a wonderful experience to share, we want to hear from you.

Our goal is always to provide care that exceeds expectations, and open communication helps us continue improving and serving our patients well. Referrals from our patients are one of the greatest compliments we can receive.

Office Hours

Our regular office hours are:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Occasionally, we may open on Wednesdays due to scheduling adjustments or continuing education. Any changes to office hours are communicated through voicemail and social media whenever possible.
